Initial Meeting & Design Options ...
|
Proper planning prior to the construction phase of a project ensures high-quality
results. During the planning phase, we: - Meet with the customer to establish the project objectives
- Discuss
the scope of work with the customer
- Outline the design work to be done prior to construction; (there is a charge
for plans)
- Computer imaging can be provided for an additional fee
- Finalize design with customer and prepare
an installation quote

Green Side Up Landscaping works with an independent landscape designer
for master plans. Not every project needs a formal
plan, however on large scale installations we recommend
working with our designer. To see examples of landscape plans, visit the Secluded Gardens website.
Landscaping
and Masonry Installations: - Once the quote is provided and the contract
signed by both parties, the installation will be put on Green Side Up's schedule
- Hardscaping
is done first followed by landscaping, irrigation and then lighting
- The owner
is present on all jobs on a regular basis and is available to speak with you regarding your concerns
- Once the project is completed, the owner and customer will do a final walk through of the job

Green Side Up Landscaping is qualified to handle all aspects of your
installation project. We handle all landscaping projects,
paver and natural stone installations as well as low voltage lighting and irrigation.
Low
Voltage Lighting ...
To enhance your outdoor experience, we recommend low
voltage lighting. Exterior lighting will: Provide atmosphere without harsh lighting Extend your patio space to the beds beyond Showcase specimen plants Light up focal points like fountains or statuary Reduce visibility into the home
from outdoors - Enhance the curb appeal of your home
Add an element of safety
for you and your guests

Low voltage lighting adds ambiance and safety to your property. There are many fixture styles to choose from which will help personalize your project.
Irrigation
Systems:
An irrigation system is the most efficient method of watering your plants. When customers
have landscape installations done, Green Side Up always recommends some type
of irrigation system. No only does it protect your investment, it also
reduces stress on new plantings and reduces the risk of plant loss.
